		<description>I agree with Maya as well. The designer is the expert in terms of communication, but the client is the expert in terms of objectives. If they collaborate, the designer can find the right communication tools and messages to meet the client’s objectives, without any compromises. It just needs a lot of talking through, and talking is great!</description>
